Using fringe on pants spreads the visibility of movement across the whole leg: the sway that gathers around the hips on a skirt here follows the step itself. In walking figures and turns the fringe shows the line of the rhythm to the audience. The pattern sits at the waist and the leg drop is balanced; the fringe layer accompanies the movement of the pants but does not tangle. There is a wide band of use from ballet-based work to latin programs. Off stage too, in photo and video shoots, the fringe layer carries a sense of movement into the frame. Even when the stage area is small, the fringe makes movement look wider than it is.

Fabric & Material

The fringe dance pants body is sewn from 95% polyester, 5% elastane stretchy dance fabric; the fringe strands are fixed one by one to the pants line. The fabric gives freedom of movement and keeps its form under the fringe weight; its surface looks even in light. The fringe seam line is hidden along the leg; only the movement reads from the outside.

Size & Fit Guide

The fringe dance pants run in five sizes from XS to XL; production follows our size chart. Our model wears a size S. The fringe lengthens the leg visually; the chart’s waist value is the basis when choosing a size. The height is standard; the fringe visually completes the leg length.
