The Short-Sleeve Turtleneck Body Black is a short-sleeve children’s body that reduces the adjustment rush of show day. The body form fixes the upper piece inside the pants; whatever the child does on stage the clothing does not shift, and the parent stays at ease backstage.
Short-Sleeve Children’s Body: Design & Stage Order
The classic scene of children’s shows is this: just before the curtain opens every top in the line is tucked into the pants, and two figures later half of it is out. This problem in the nature of the t-shirt form is solved at the root in the body form; the top moves with the body and stays fixed at the waistline. Little dancers tug at their tops without noticing; the body leaves no chance for that habit either. The turtleneck collar adds a disciplined wholeness to the look, and the black ground stays tidy under stage light. The short sleeve leaves the arms free and cool in fast choreography. In group shows, when all children look equally tidy the choreographer’s job gets easier; an aligned team reflects in the photos. Because changing the top is hard on a child whose make-up and hair are done, the body is put on in the morning and stays trouble-free all day. In class and rehearsal the same order continues.
Fabric & Material
The short-sleeve children’s body scuba weave gives the gathering hold the body form needs. The fabric wraps the body softly and joins every figure with four-way stretch. The breathing structure continues the coolness of the short sleeve on the body; the black surface does not lose its careful look in heavy use.
Size & Fit Guide
The short-sleeve children’s body is offered in XS, S, M, L and XL. Our child model wears a size M. On the body-fitting form a size guess misleads; comparing the chest and torso values on the chart with the child’s current measurement clears up the right size.

Balancing the torso fit with a fabric margin in a body pattern takes competition-costume experience; our workshop gained this experience with Turkish Dance Sport Federation and WDSF athletes. Wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out and with similar colors; cold water is preferred. Do not use bleach or fabric softener; choose a mild or liquid detergent and spin at low speed. Do not tumble dry; dry flat in the shade and keep the garment's shape. Avoid ironing; if necessary, iron inside out at a very low temperature or with steam.

How do I choose my size?
Within Türkiye we ship through Navlungo, with the carrier named in your tracking e-mail; internationally we ship with DHL Express. Shipping is free on orders over ₺3,000 within Türkiye, and over €100 internationally. The amount you pay with store credit or a price-difference voucher also counts towards this threshold.
Your tracking number is e-mailed to you the moment your order ships. Below those amounts the shipping cost is shown clearly at the payment step, so there are no surprises when you order.
International orders: customs duty and import charges are not included in the shipping cost; the buyer pays them on delivery. Transit time may be extended by customs procedures.
On delivery: check your parcel in the presence of the courier. Do not accept a damaged or opened parcel without having a report drawn up.
Returns and exchanges: return shipping is free, and exchanges with no price difference ship free both ways. Details are on the Cancellation and Returns page.
On bulk orders, the discount rate rises as the quantity increases.
