The Adjustable Skirt is an adjustable dance skirt that stays useful in the wardrobe for a long time because you can change its length. As the drawstrings at the slit gather, the skirt’s length and drape change; the same skirt takes on a different look in different shows.
Adjustable Dance Skirt: Design & Highlights
The distinctive feature of this skirt is its adjustable length: as the drawstrings at the side slit are pulled, the skirt gathers, the length shortens, and a moving volume forms in the drape. When the strings are loosened, the skirt returns to a long, fluid line. This flexibility carries a single skirt across more than one season and more than one show theme for a growing child. The drape of the sandy fabric keeps a fluid fall at whatever length the gather is set; it supports the turning effect in Latin choreographies.
Fabric & Material
The adjustable dance skirt’s fabric is sandy; its content is 95% polyester and 5% elastane. Sandy’s flowing, soft structure keeps the flow even in the sections gathered by the drawstring; the fabric sits comfortably on a child’s skin and withstands frequent washing. The drawstrings are securely attached to the same fabric and leave no mark when pulled.
Size & Fit Guide
The skirt is made in a wide range, six sizes from XS to XXL; the drawstring length adjustment stretches this range even further. Our child model wears a size XL. Checking the waist measurement from the chart is enough; the strings set the length. For children between two sizes, the wide range leaves a comfortable margin of choice.
Styling Suggestions

A Wide Range of Colors
Burgundy adds a warm energy to the show stage; saxe blue comes alive under light; black is the classic base that works with every costume. All three colors carry the same gather adjustment and sandy drape; whichever color you choose, the length adjustment works the same.

Wash at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle, inside out and with similar colors; cold water is preferred. Do not use bleach or fabric softener; do not tumble dry. Dry flat in the shade without wringing; avoid hanging the garment while wet so that the elastane keeps its shape. If necessary, iron inside out at a very low temperature.

Within Türkiye we ship through Navlungo, with the carrier named in your tracking e-mail; internationally we ship with DHL Express. Shipping is free on orders over ₺3,000 within Türkiye, and over €100 internationally. The amount you pay with store credit or a price-difference voucher also counts towards this threshold.
Your tracking number is e-mailed to you the moment your order ships. Below those amounts the shipping cost is shown clearly at the payment step, so there are no surprises when you order.
International orders: customs duty and import charges are not included in the shipping cost; the buyer pays them on delivery. Transit time may be extended by customs procedures.
On delivery: check your parcel in the presence of the courier. Do not accept a damaged or opened parcel without having a report drawn up.
Returns and exchanges: return shipping is free, and exchanges with no price difference ship free both ways. Details are on the Cancellation and Returns page.
On bulk orders, the discount rate rises as the quantity increases.
